Job Overview: As a Help Desk Executive at Flipkart, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer support. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, account inquiries, or product-related questions. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.
Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer queries and escalations.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Continuously update knowledge of Flipkart’s products, policies, and procedures.
Identify and report recurring customer issues for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
