Provide exceptional technical support for backend IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of critical infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and disruption.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Assist in maintaining IT hardware and software, including updates, upgrades, and installations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of IT support processes and best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support procedures.
Deliver top-notch customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing their IT-related concerns and queries promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in an IT support role.
Knowledge of backend IT systems and familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Prior experience or internships in IT support is a plus.
