Utilize your exceptional networking skills to identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skill evaluations, to ensure the best match between candidates and job requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and team dynamics, in order to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Strong ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
