Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current condition evaluation.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor their effectiveness.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure proper documentation of all procedures and interventions.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Assist in medical procedures and surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared and available.
Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly and effectively.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with the latest medical practices and advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
Proven experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and medication administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Empathetic and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Proficient computer skills to manage electronic health records and related documentation.
Dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
