Position: Data Entry Specialist (Work From Home)
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently enter and verify data into our systems with a high level of accuracy.
Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring data integrity and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
Perform regular data quality checks and address discrepancies promptly.
Generate reports and summaries as required by the management team.
Uphold confidentiality and data privacy standards in all tasks.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy with a high level of computer literacy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
