As a Yelp Community Ambassador, your mission will be to bridge the gap between our platform and the vibrant communities we serve. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Community Engagement: Act as the face of Yelp in your local community. Attend local events, meet business owners, and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
Social Media Savvy: Create engaging content across various social media platforms to promote local businesses and Yelp mission.
User Support: Provide excellent support to Yelp users, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and encouraging them to share their experiences.
