In this demanding role, you will be responsible for managing the electronic coordination of benefits process and managing communications with external payers.This position requires a passionate leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our team. The successful candidate should have experience working with insurance providers, understanding of healthcare claims and billing processes, and the ability to analyze data and identify trends. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have an understanding of COB and HIPAA guidelines and be familiar with payer websites.
