Starbucks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst Lead to join our team. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing software test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of our software. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and/or software development.
  • Experience developing and executing test plans, strategies, and processes.
  • Experience with bug tracking/management systems.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and software testing best practices.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
