  • Design and implement wireless network infrastructure to support the needs of The Walt Disney Company and its guests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the wireless network, ensuring uninterrupted service for guests and employees.
  • Stay updated on the latest wireless technologies and trends to continually improve and innovate the wireless network.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of the wireless network with other systems.
  • Conduct regular network performance evaluations and make necessary adjustments to optimize network performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols to protect the wireless network and data.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to other team members and end-users on the use of the wireless network.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for wireless equipment and services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the wireless network, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Participate in project planning and provide recommendations for the implementation of new wireless technologies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing And Implementing Wireless Networks.
  • Strong Knowledge Of Wireless Protocols And Standards Such As Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, And Nfc.
  • Experience With Network Security And Data Encryption.
  • Proficiency In Network Monitoring And Troubleshooting Tools.
