Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with members, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns while connecting them to the right resources.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained gym environment for members and guests.
- Provide an exceptional sales and service experience by welcoming guests and guiding them in their fitness journeys.
- Support new member onboarding, making their first visit memorable and impactful.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or fitness sales (1+ years preferred).
- CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
Availability
- Full-time positions with flexible scheduling to accommodate weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Travel Requirement
- Minimal travel may be required for training and lead generation purposes.
