Join Cedars Sinai’s Float Pool now and after 12 months, you will be eligible to apply for cross-training to other specialties, including ICU, ED, and Pediatrics.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • California State RN License required
  • ACLS Certificate by ARC or AHA required for certain units
  • Specialty certification by the ANCC is preferred for RN III applicants

Education Requirements

  • Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution

  • Must be a Clinical Nurse II at CSMC for at least one (1) year to be promoted within the clinical ladder
