Position: Remote Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nRespond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
\nProvide accurate information about Aetna products and services.
\nAssist customers with navigating online platforms and resources.
\nAddress and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
\nKeep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
\nREQUIRED SKILLS:
\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
\nProficiency in using customer service software and online tools.
\nAbility to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
\nEmpathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
\nQUALIFICATIONS:
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
\nPrevious experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
\nFamiliarity with health care industry terminology is a plus.
\nComfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
