Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations when necessary, and promoting open communication within the organization.<\/p>\n
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback, and working with teams to enhance overall performance.<\/p>\n
Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, foster professional growth, and align with organizational goals.<\/p>\n
HR Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, local labor laws, and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\nBachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
\nStrong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
\nProficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
