\nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our elite team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the overall well-being of our employees.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Talent Acquisition:<\/p>\n
Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
\nCollaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and strategize for effective talent acquisition.
\nEmployee Relations:<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
\nImplement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
\nPerformance Management:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve individual and team performance.
\nConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
\nHR Policies and Compliance:<\/p>\n
Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
\nStay updated on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
\nTraining and Development:<\/p>\n
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
\nFacilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
\nStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.
\nAdditional Requirements:<\/p>\n
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
\nFamiliarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is preferred.
\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
