Position: Customer Service Representative – US Voice Process

\nAs a Customer Service Representative at The Elite Job, BPO, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our US-based clients. Key Responsibilities:

\nProduct Knowledge: Stay informed about the company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
\nQuality Assurance: Ensure the quality of customer interactions by adhering to established standards and protocols.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:
\nExceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English with clear and articulate verbal communication.
