Position: National Team Platelet Scheduler (Remote)
\nResponsibilities:
\nAs a National Team Platelet Scheduler with the American Red Cross, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing platelet donation appointments on a national scale. Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
Appointment Coordination:<\/p>\n
Schedule and organize platelet donation appointments efficiently.
\nEnsure a seamless and convenient donation process for donors across the country.
\nCommunication:<\/p>\n
Liaise with donors, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate clear and effective communication.
\nProvide timely and accurate information regarding donation procedures and guidelines.
\nData Management:<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of donor information and appointments.
\nUtilize relevant software and tools to track and manage platelet donation schedules.
\nAdherence to Policies:<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with American Red Cross policies and procedures related to platelet donation.
