Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Respond to user inquiries and technical issues through various channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
\nDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
\nDocument and track all support interactions and resolutions in our system.
\nAssist in the maintenance of IT assets, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
\nStay up-to-date with the latest technology trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.
\nRequired Skills:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
\nStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
\nFamiliarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.
\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
\nBasic understanding of network protocols and configurations.
\nCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent, would be a plus.
