\nHR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications
\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a focus on remote workforce management.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with remote team members effectively.
\nStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
\nTech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS and virtual collaboration tools.
\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
\nExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
