As a Customer Care Representative, you will play an essential role in empowering our customers to<\/p>\n

take their medications and achieve better overall wellness.<\/p>\n

This position is fully remote and you’ll be working from home virtually. This role will require you<\/p>\n

to work a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business<\/p>\n

hours. This position is 30-39 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to<\/p>\n

business requirements.<\/p>\n

Key job responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with<\/p>\n

billing\/insurance verification, product, or service questions<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage both inbound and outbound calls<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each<\/p>\n

interaction<\/p>\n

\u2022 Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering<\/p>\n

with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced<\/p>\n

environment<\/p>\n

\u2022 Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com<\/p>\n

\u2022 Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them<\/p>\n

\u2022 Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to<\/p>\n

build a long-term relationship<\/p>\n

\u2022 Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company’s Work From Home policy<\/p>\n

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

– High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)<\/p>\n

– 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools<\/p>\n

– Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills<\/p>\n

– Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice<\/p>\n

– Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered<\/p>\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

– 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience<\/p>\n

– Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)<\/p>\n

– Experience working in a customer service or call center<\/p>\n

– Experience working in healthcare environment<\/p>\n

– Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality<\/p>\n

– Demonstrated ability to work as a team member<\/p>\n
