As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in helping members navigate their association with ASH, providing exceptional customer service to support their health and wellness goals.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to incoming calls regarding ASH Fitness programs in a professional and courteous manner.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately record and process member information in the system.<\/li>\n<li>Provide answers to member questions by following standard policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.<\/li>\n<li>Handle member issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Manage time to ensure calls are answered and follow-ups are conducted within required timeframes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure confidentiality of member data and participate in team meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>At least one year of experience in customer service;
