We are looking for friendly, professional, and tech-savvy Virtual Receptionists to join our team!<\/p>\n<h3>Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept):<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by answering calls for thousands of businesses across the country.<\/li>\n<li>Tech-Savvy Communication: Use cloud-based technology to manage caller interactions and follow call handling instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members via Slack and stay updated on company tasks and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Professional Environment: Work from home in a quiet space, free from distractions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Are Looking For:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Location Requirement: Must reside in Kansas.<\/li>\n<li>People Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to stay patient and friendly in a high call volume environment.<\/li>\n<li>Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and troubleshooting minor computer issues. A second monitor is encouraged but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Work Environment: Must have a quiet room for work and reliable, high-speed internet (at least 10Mbps).<\/li>\n<li>Availability: Minimum of 25 hours per week, including some weekend availability.
