This role involves answering calls, messages, and emails during weekdays and managing weekend on-call responsibilities. If you have dispatching experience or are eager to learn, we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Weekday Responsibilities (7am &#8211; 11am, Monday &#8211; Friday):<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer phones, check text messages, and respond to emails regarding service requests.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule jobs for technicians as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure excellent customer service and accurate handling of service requests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $20\/hour, depending on experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Weekend On-Call Responsibilities (5pm Friday to Late Sunday Night):<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Average 10 calls per weekend, each lasting a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Respond promptly to emergency calls, assess customer issues, and book technician appointments using <strong>ServiceTitan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $150\/weekend + $10 per booked job.<\/li>\n<li>Aim to answer all calls, except those before 7am or after 11pm. Return any missed calls immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in dispatching is a plus, but we will train you on specific business practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple requests simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using dispatching software (training provided for ServiceTitan).<\/li>\n<li>Reliable and responsive, especially during weekend on-call hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>About Us:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>We are a leading water treatment company in <strong>Southwest Florida<\/strong>, dedicated to providing high-quality water solutions to our community.
