Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to align the business unit\u2019s vision, mission, and strategy with a robust people strategy.<\/li>\n
- HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support to employees and managers.<\/li>\n
- Global Initiatives: Lead HR initiatives for internationally distributed teams, ensuring alignment across regions.<\/li>\n
- Talent Development: Develop and implement talent strategies focusing on growth, employee retention, and engagement.<\/li>\n
- Recruitment: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee global recruitment efforts.<\/li>\n
- Headcount & Budgeting: Manage headcount budgets in collaboration with the business unit head and finance.<\/li>\n
- Employee Experience: Work with the Employee Experience Manager to organize team bonding events and cultural initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Key Qualifications:<\/h3>\n

- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP, particularly in high-tech, R&D, product, or security environments, and managing diverse teams.<\/li>\n
- Global Exposure: Experience working in international companies with a global, distributed workforce.<\/li>\n
- HR Expertise: Strong experience in organizational development, guiding management on HR-related matters, and using data-driven metrics.<\/li>\n
- Fluency: Proficiency in English is essential; Hebrew fluency is an advantage.<\/li>\n
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.<\/li>\n
- Collaborative Mindset: Team-oriented with a passion for innovation and adaptability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Education Requirements:<\/h3>\n

- Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science or a related field is required.<\/li>\n
