The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet visitors and assist them courteously and promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver on-air giveaways to winners who collect their prizes in person.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update the list of giveaways.<\/li>\n<li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Collect payments and scan checks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to station staff, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the planning and execution of station events, such as open houses and community outreach initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations and client materials.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.<\/li>\n<li>Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus, but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods and sit at a computer for extended periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess a valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part-time position, 25-30 hours per week.<\/li>\n<li>$10\/hour wage.<\/li>\n<li>Monday to Friday work schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:<\/strong><br \/>\nMARC Media is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a fair and inclusive workplace.
