If you&#8217;re passionate about eCommerce and prepared to go the extra mile in everything you do, we would love to hear from you!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Job Purpose and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Client Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage sellers and vendors for account management, project management, and consulting across multiple industries.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure an exceptional client experience with a focus on account growth and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily client support, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and on time.<\/li>\n<li>Understand each client\u2019s business and products to better serve their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketplace Operations Executive to monitor and rectify issues within client accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage client onboarding, training, and account changes (e.g., transition from Vendor Central to Seller Central).<\/li>\n<li>Upsell our services whenever opportunities arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Innovations &amp; Insights Manager and Creative team on content and design tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Set clear expectations, ensuring the team is well-briefed on project timelines in Monday.com.<\/li>\n<li>Gather client feedback to ensure satisfaction with our services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketplace Operations Executive and Catalogue team to create and maintain product listings.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize listings for search and conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Copywriters to ensure content is optimized for performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor product reviews, seller feedback, customer questions, and messages.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to drive customer reviews in collaboration with clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Analysis and Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketplace Operations Executive to provide monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales, traffic, inventory, and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market and competitor research, providing insights and recommendations for client growth.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare client presentations with data-driven strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inventory Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forecast inventory and monitor sell-through for seller accounts, raise FBA shipments as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory health for vendor accounts, managing overstocks and out-of-stocks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor account health and operational metrics to avoid suspensions and chargebacks.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve suspension and chargeback issues proactively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve client experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Advertising:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Advertising team to align strategies and goals for client success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend internal meetings and present or contribute as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Attend up to two in-person meetings per year within the UK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Skills and Experience Required<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller\/Vendor accounts for brands, retailers, or agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze Amazon performance and make data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding business acumen, with a focus on financial and business implications.<\/li>\n<li>Expert at building long-lasting client relationships, with strong emotional intelligence.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and take responsibility for tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a virtual environment, with strong communication and discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What Working at eCommerce Nurse Means for You<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully remote role, allowing you to work from home and eliminate commuting.<\/li>\n<li>Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with flexible hours to support work-life balance.<\/li>\n<li>Birthday Leave \u2013 enjoy a day off on your birthday once onboarded.<\/li>\n<li>An extra day of annual leave for each completed year of service (up to 33 days after 5 years).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Salary:<\/strong> \u00a340,000 &#8211;
