This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to strategic projects that improve guest engagement and communication.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strategic Leadership<\/strong>: Develop and execute the visitor messaging strategy to enhance guest engagement through personalized, relevant, and timely communications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration<\/strong>: Partner with teams across <strong>Marketing<\/strong>, <strong>Digital<\/strong>, <strong>Stores<\/strong>, and <strong>Supply Chain<\/strong> to ensure seamless execution of messaging strategies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership<\/strong>: Lead product teams that work on messaging applications and communication strategies, including Email, SMS, and pop-up messaging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Driving Growth<\/strong>: Focus on personalization and creating business value through targeted communication efforts that drive engagement and loyalty.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product Development<\/strong>: Work closely with engineering, UX teams, and data scientists to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Communication<\/strong>: Act as the &#8220;voice of the product&#8221; to ensure alignment with key partners and business units.
