This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and offs.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<br \/>\nAddress customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.<br \/>\nProvide effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nHandle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.<br \/>\nCollaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.<br \/>\nEnsure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.<br \/>\nStay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.<br \/>\nAssist in training new team members and sharing best practices.<br \/>\nRequirements and Qualifications<br \/>\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
