Costco is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Washington, D.C., US. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resourceful and motivated individual with strong soft skills in strategic planning and leadership.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels – Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner – Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions – Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention – Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and procedures – Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist clients – Handle escalated client issues with tact and diplomacy<\/p>\n

Requirements: – 2+ years of experience in a client service role – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong organizational and time management abilities – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred<\/p>\n
