coordinating with contractors\/ monitoring &amp; supervising of site works, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out enforcements to encroachment, parking and\/ or fire safety violations and non-compliance at common areas;<\/li>\n<li>Organizing\/ preparing of meetings and taking down notes during meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Attending to occupiers\u2019 feedback\/ complaints\/ etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Attending to general administrative works inside site office;<\/li>\n<li>Working hours (9am -6pm for Mondays \u2013 Fridays) &amp; Sat (9am \u2013 12noon).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS &amp; PAST WORKING EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or Diploma in Building Services\/ Real Estate Management\/ Facilities Management related;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 &#8211; 3 years of working experience in MCST environments;<\/li>\n<li>Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n<li>Possess good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;<\/li>\n<li>Possess strong technical competence and initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Possess Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification will be an added advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of spoken and written English will be added advantages;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read architectural, structural and M&amp;E drawings;<\/li>\n<li>Well versed in the Building Maintenance Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates with more years of experience &amp;
