and tools to facilitate data-driven approach to Human Resources strategy and decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Manage the design and continuous improvement on HR analytics and reporting platforms, including the development of key HR metrics and dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data and statistics for trends and make recommendations for policies and activities to improve overall HR processes and Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or other related fields<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in analytical, process improvement and reporting roles, including building automated reports, templates and dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in PowerBi is a must<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to handling people, rewards and talent analytics and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with complex data and creating structures and draw insights for decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing data workflows and
