Saturday)<br \/>\nThis is a stay-in position, with accommodations provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide daily care focused on the child\u2019s developmental needs<\/li>\n<li>Implement individualized learning strategies<\/li>\n<li>Assist with daily routines (feeding, bathing, dressing)<\/li>\n<li>Manage behavior with ASD-appropriate techniques<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with parents and therapists to follow a care plan<\/li>\n<li>Engage the child in sensory activities and social play<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification or training in Caregiving NC-II<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with children with ASD<\/li>\n<li>Patience, empathy, and great communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to provide 24\/7 stay-in care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
