IT\/BPO ID-3682"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About Our Client<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A leading credit bureau in the Philippines providing workforce, business, and consumer solutions to enable faster and better decision-making across the lending and hiring space.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for achieving annual revenue target for the assigned industry vertical.<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with the key decision makers at target customers, which includes understanding their key needs and opportunities to displace competition.<\/li>\n<li>Crafting and delivering effective sales engagements which adapt company product offerings to the needs of potential customers to close deals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop deep expertise on company&#8217;s product offerings and its applications.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting product feedback and conveying ideas for improvement to our technical teams.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the entire sales process with analysis of competitors and business intelligence activities.<\/li>\n<li>Intensive market research with focus on expanding the company&#8217;s pipeline of leads within the assigned industry vertical.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with internal stakeholders (i.e. Product, Customer Service, IT) to ensure products and service are delivered as expected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Successful Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years as Sales Director driving sales revenue 150M to 300M. 10 years experience total in B2B sales at minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with credit bureau, alternative data, credit solutions, and technology solutions for FI is strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Existing C-Level connections across different industries (particularly on Retail &amp; Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Digital Transformation, IT) is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to manage sales colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
