With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for an IT Engineer \/ IT Specialist (System &amp; Networks) to join their team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the IT Manager, your role involves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing technical support (Computer, printer, mobile device and etc) to users<\/li>\n<li>Handling networks (Routers, switches, VoIP)<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and maintaining the Windows Servers and Office 365<\/li>\n<li>Managing Active Directory (Print Servers, Backup and etc)<\/li>\n<li>Handling disaster recovery planning<\/li>\n<li>Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA is being adhered to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a successful applicant, you will have at least 2 years of experience in IT Support.
