Join the G Nation today!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud Detection Expert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fraud detection and analysis coming from monitoring parameters and processes to minimize and control fraud exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and analyze fraud incidents to be able to provide recommendations on its proper resolution and information on its root cause.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and continuous review and assessment of fraud detection parameters, fraud incidents investigated, and fraud processes, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Quality assurance of fraud detections and how they were handled<\/li>\n<li>Assess performance of detection parameters, profiles, and processes; then provide recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of the different incidents and fraud types encountered to surface options on how to better address them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Partner and collaborate with business and other operating units across the organization in order to:\n<ul>\n<li>Provide relevant inputs to proactively alleviate and prevent fraud risk<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that inherent and accepted risks are covered by the fraud team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Deliver relevant, accurate, timely and actionable reports of fraud cases and detections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With at least 3-5 yrs experience in fraud management (non-customer service function) specifically in the detection, monitoring, and analysis of fraud.<\/li>\n<li>With strong data analysis skills. Comfortable in handling, analyzing, and manipulating large data for fraud analysis<\/li>\n<li>With good analytical and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organized, Keen on details, self-motivated, and with the ability to perform well with minimal supervision in a fast paced and target driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in MS Office and G-Suite; Technology literate<\/li>\n<li>With good written and verbal communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Should be ok in working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
