You will be part of a team providing chat and email support for gamers by maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards players and delivering high level of experience.<\/p>\n<p>In this\u00a0<strong>freelance role<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll have the<strong>\u00a0flexibility to choose a schedule within the graveyard shift.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Service Duration<\/strong>: The service shall span a period of six months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pre-project Training<\/strong>: You shall undergo a paid training as needed prior to participating in the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refresher Training<\/strong>: You shall maintain and update your knowledge by participating in refresher training every X weeks\/days without any compensation, as a prerequisite for continuing their services with PTW.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Schedule:\u00a0<\/strong>Your work schedule will be flexible, with\u00a0<strong>graveyard<\/strong>\u00a0shifts made available for your selection according to your preference. However, you shall agree and understand that the allotment of shifts shall purely be on a first come-first served basis. The schedule will be forecasted on a weekly basis from Sunday to Saturday, inviting all participating freelancers to self-schedule.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule Changes<\/strong>: While the forecasted schedule may undergo minimal changes (additional or removal), you will be notified promptly of any alterations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grab Shift<\/strong>: You agree to grab a minimum of\u00a0<strong>6 to 8 hours daily<\/strong>\u00a0or a total of at least\u00a0<strong>30 to 40 hours weekly<\/strong>. The minimum requirement will not apply during periods of low service demand.
