LoveYourself, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and a passionate Virtual Clinic Nurses. The Nurses provides medical care and management for LoveYourself clients whether onsite or online, observing the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professional accountability. The nurse is expected to:<\/p>\n

  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients, including assessments, history-taking, and documentation in the patient\u2019s electronic health record (EHR).<\/li>\n
  • Use telemedicine tools to perform virtual assessments and identify patient needs, providing appropriate care and escalating cases as needed.<\/li>\n
  • Triage patient cases based on acuity and need for follow-up with a physician or other healthcare providers.<\/li>\n
  • Provide patient education on managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and overall wellness in a remote environment.<\/li>\n
  • Accurately document all patient interactions and assessments in the clinic\u2019s EHR system in real-time.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all documentation meets legal and ethical standards for patient confidentiality and medical record keeping.<\/li>\n
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on patient consultations, outcomes, and follow-ups for management review.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with the virtual care team, including physicians, counselors, and administrative staff, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.<\/li>\n
  • Follow up on referrals and recommendations from other team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plan and follow-up steps.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in regular quality assurance activities, including case reviews, audits, and training sessions to continuously improve care standards.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of virtual clinic protocols, adapting them as necessary to meet emerging healthcare needs.<\/li>\n
  • Stay updated on telemedicine best practices, technology, and healthcare regulations to provide optimal virtual care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • At least a year of relevant experience<\/li>\n
    • Preferably living in or near Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City<\/li>\n
    • Computer-literate, specially with Microsoft and Google applications<\/li>\n
    • Gender-sensitive; Sex-positive; nondiscriminatory with race, gender, social class, educational background<\/li>\n
    • Willing to work in a community-driven organization.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in HIV treatment, sexual health, and working with key populations (e.g., LGBTQ+ individuals) is preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing (or equivalent)<\/li>\n
    • Current nursing license in Philippines (PRC)<\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 1 experience in clinical nursing, with preference for experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, or virtual clinics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
