  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, storyboard, and design direct response ads across digital platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Edit and produce videos using stock footage, UGC, or a combination of both.<\/li>\n
  • Create high volumes of visual content on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n
  • Develop cohesive visual identities for campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with copywriters and other creative team members.<\/li>\n
  • Optimize visuals and video ads for performance by implementing feedback from testing data.<\/li>\n
  • Organize and maintain a library of assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising.<\/li>\n
    • MUST BE BASED OR RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES.<\/li>\n
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to produce a high volume of assets on a weekly basis, with excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and an eye for compelling design and storytelling.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.<\/li>\n
    • Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including medspas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
