            Lead and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure a high standard of service delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Create an effective social media presence, push for engagement and visibility to boost visibility and increase sales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain visual appeal and brand standards.<\/p>\n

              • Proactively develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Foster a customer-centric environment, handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales trends, inventory turnover, and profitability, to make data-driven decisions and optimize store performance.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
