Jobs Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Process Account Opening and Customer\/Account Maintenance Requests for Individual Customers<\/li>\n
  • Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement<\/li>\n
  • Handling internal account opening\/maintenance\/closure instructions and internal transfer<\/li>\n
  • Handling of account services fees and custody fees<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of letters to clients<\/li>\n
  • Handling of Queries from front office<\/li>\n
  • Ensure proper handling of documents and that all documents are always accounted for.<\/li>\n
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
