    • Experience: 2-3 years in client success, account management, talent development, or related roles.<\/li>\n
    • Skills:<\/li>\n
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs like ClickUp.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in recruitment, coaching, or learning & development is highly preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.<\/li>\n
