What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
\n– Drive the end-to-end process of developing and managing Target’s Frequency owned brands
\n– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies and activation plans
\n– Conduct analysis on brand performance to inform decision-making and actions
\n– Facilitate cross-functional routines to govern the brand roadmap and monitor key performance indicators
\n– Build brand awareness and engagement with guests while ensuring consistency in brand activation<\/p>\n

What is Required (Qualifications):
\n– Four-year degree or equivalent experience
\n– Minimum of four years of professional experience in marketing, brand strategy, or brand management
\n– Proven ability to balance independent work with effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
\n– Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
\n– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of detail<\/p>\n

\n– Previous retail experience
