Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept):

Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by answering calls for thousands of businesses across the country.

What We Are Looking For:

Location Requirement: Must reside in Kansas.
People Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to stay patient and friendly in a high call volume environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and troubleshooting minor computer issues. A second monitor is encouraged but not required.
Work Environment: Must have a quiet room for work and reliable, high-speed internet (at least 10Mbps).
Availability: Minimum of 25 hours per week, including some weekend availability. Evening shift availability is preferred.

Minimum Computer Requirements:

PC: Windows 10, Quad-core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, 2GHz processor speed, SSD with 5GB of free space.
Mac: Catalina OS, Quad-core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, 2GHz processor speed, SSD with 5GB of free space.
Internet: DSL or Cable internet at least 10Mbps.
Headset: A high-quality wired headset is required.
