Position Highlights:

Work from home: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely.
Full-time & part-time opportunities: Flexible schedules, with shifts ranging from 3-4 days per week (no evening or weekend hours).

Key Responsibilities:

Document physician-patient encounters in real-time, utilizing EHR/EMR systems like Epic, Athena, Cerner, etc.
Listen to live conversations between healthcare providers and patients, accurately transcribing information.
Verify patient information with the physician and update records as necessary.
Assist with clinical documentation to improve accuracy and quality metrics.

Requirements:

Knowledge of medical terminology: Through clinical experience (e.g., medical assistant, transcriptionist) or coursework in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Typing speed & computer skills: Strong computer proficiency and the ability to type at least 60 WPM.
Availability: Flexibility to work uninterrupted 8-10 hour shifts between 7 am – 7 pm (Monday to Friday).
Communication skills: Excellent listening and transcription abilities, especially for diverse accents and dialects.
HIPAA-compliant workspace with a secure, high-speed internet connection.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
