Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager in the Risk Technology organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technologies that power the Customer Privacy Regulatory environment and build a new Customer Trust Gateway. Your role will involve driving the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to deliver innovative solutions that prioritize customer trust and privacy. You will work to maximize the utilization of enterprise assets and ensure the success of global governance business needs.
About the Team:
The Customer Trust and Digital Citizenship Tech team focuses on managing and delivering world-class products, driving policy compliance, building partnerships, and developing tools that enable self-service. The team is responsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementations that aim to earn customer and associate trust.

What You’ll Do:
- Product Strategy & Vision:

- Ensure the product lifecycle is effectively managed from concept to launch and that the product meets user expectations and business goals.
- Product Development & Improvement:
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics, driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee iterative development processes and manage feedback to ensure successful product releases.
- Collaboration & Problem Solving:
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and outcomes.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the product lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
