Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – Claims Control Staffing and Efficiency Team

Position Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Claims Control Staffing and Efficiency team, you will be responsible for providing critical staffing guidance for the National Resolution Zone (NRZ). Your main tasks will include creating and advancing staffing models, managing the Full-Time Employee (FTE) budgeting process, and delivering valuable insights to senior leadership. You will collaborate with various groups across the Claims organization, offering analysis that directly impacts staffing decisions. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with developing and maintaining staffing forecasts and models to support both current business needs and future growth.

  • Develop and advance staffing models for the National Resolution Zone (NRZ).
  • Own and manage the Full-Time Employee (FTE) budgeting process.
  • Provide senior leaders with key insights that influence staffing decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience;
    OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience;
    OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • High proficiency in programming skills (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Proven experience utilizing GitHub in a production environment.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and maintaining data quality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $77,100 – $102,800/year, depending on position level and experience.
  • Gainshare bonus: Up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
