Role: Senior Stylist

Reports To: Director of Styling

Location: Remote, with potential in-home visits for client styling

As a Senior Stylist at Editorialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the wardrobes of the company’s most valuable clients. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service, client satisfaction, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with the Styling Team, Operations, and Client Support to provide a luxurious, white-glove experience for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Private Client Program: Lead the styling efforts for the Editorialist Private Client Membership, managing high-profile VIP clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Conduct client intake interviews, manage wardrobe edits, and deliver personalized outfit recommendations.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication via the Editorialist app.
  • Wardrobe Management: Oversee closet edits, manage wardrobe gap analysis, and recommend fashion solutions based on clients’ preferences.
  • Client Styling: Provide styling support for everyday needs, events, and seasonal wardrobe updates.
  • Goal Achievement: Work closely with your manager to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual client retention, revenue, and satisfaction targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on enhancing client experiences, processes, and service delivery.
  • Fashion Expertise: Share your deep knowledge of fashion trends and designers with various teams within the company, including Content, Partnerships, and Branded Content.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years working with high-profile clients in luxury fashion, with 3+ years in personal styling and managing an established VIP clientele.
  • Fashion Knowledge: Deep understanding of international fashion trends, designers, and products in multiple categories (women’s, men’s, fine jewelry, watches).
  • Independent Work: Experience managing your own book of business, working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Undergraduate college degree required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy and a digital-first mindset.
  • Travel: Ability to travel for in-home client visits and styling sessions.
