Job Content/Scope:

This is a seasonal customer-facing position providing Tax Support to TurboTax customers.

  • Assist customers who are working on their tax returns, addressing both product/software inquiries and tax questions.
  • Apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot and resolve tax support inquiries.
  • Use strong written and verbal communication skills along with deep customer empathy to interact with clients.
  • Support customers by personalizing their experience and building their confidence in completing their tax filings independently.
