  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive performance and success.
  • Provide consistent hands-on coaching, feedback, and performance management to foster growth.
  • Set clear expectations, ensure accountability, and drive your team toward exceeding monthly sales quotas.
  • Conduct effective team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and group training to support team development.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecasting, and training initiatives to improve performance.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • 1+ years of experience in developing and managing inside sales teams in a high-volume, outbound sales environment.
  • Proven success in selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • A strong track record of motivating teams to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, able to empathize with, inspire, and relate to a diverse team and customer base.
  • Experience analyzing metrics and developing actionable sales plans.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED.
