Escalent is looking to add Research Interviewers to our team, working remotely from home. As a Research Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data for various research projects. Your role is essential in connecting with respondents, ensuring the data collected is valid, and providing our clients with valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct surveys with respondents over the phone for various research projects.
Collect data for clients, ensuring it is accurately recorded.
Read and administer questionnaires to participants.
Maintain professionalism and clear communication throughout the interview process.

Position Requirements:

Reliable Wi-Fi service for remote work.
A quiet work area, free from interruptions during scheduled shifts.
Ability to dedicate full attention to tasks during shift hours.
Must be able to set up your own computer equipment.

Position Details:

Part-Time, 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Flexible shift hours: day, afternoon, and evening shifts available.
Paid training (3 weeks, Monday through Friday)—you must attend all sessions.
Start date for training will be determined, and we are looking to hire as soon as possible.

Training Requirements:

Must attend all training sessions, no exceptions.
Training will take place Monday through Friday for three weeks.

Desired Experience:

Call center experience is preferred, but not required.
Must be 18 years or older.

Skills:

Type 20 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
Ability to read and speak clearly in a professional voice.
Strong communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to be a team player.
