Job Opportunity: Research Interviewers – Remote, Part-Time

Escalent is seeking dedicated Research Interviewers to join our fully remote team. As an interviewer, you’ll be the link between Escalent and the respondents, conducting surveys to collect valuable data for our clients. This position offers flexible, part-time hours with the ability to work from home.

Important Position Information:

Fully Remote, Work-from-Home: We provide the necessary equipment, but you must have:
- Reliable Wi-Fi for employment.
- A quiet work area free of interruptions during your shift.
- Ability to dedicate your full attention during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to set up your computer equipment.
Part-Time Hours: 15 hours/week, Monday through Friday with flexible day, afternoon, and evening shifts.

Training Requirements:

Paid training is Monday through Friday for three weeks.
Must attend all training sessions – no exceptions.
Training Start Date: To be determined, but we’re hiring immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct surveys and interviews over the phone, collecting data for various clients.
Administer questionnaires with precision, ensuring valid data collection.
Provide high-quality customer service and maintain professionalism during interviews.

Qualifications:

Age: Must be 18 years or older.
Experience: Call center experience is preferred, but not required.
Skills:
- Typing speed of 20 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
- Clear and professional speaking and reading skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
